The First Family Portrait

First family photo

Canon 7D, Raw, 17mm, f/8.0, 1/40, ISO 800

As you can tell, we have a new member of our family. This is Lily Marie and her parents. She was born Monday, March 15 (10 days early). I took this photo and others of the happy threesome. I used a high ISO because I didn’t want to use a flash. I adjusted the white balance in Camera Raw then just a levels adjustment in Photoshop. I will be taking a lot of photos of this little girl for as long as I can. I will try not to bore you too much. But she will be a great subject as she grows up!

Congratulations to you and your family Bridget,

Lily Marie’s parents have chosen a beautiful name for her.
Look forward to seeing your upcoming work inspired by Lily.

Thank you. It is going to be so much fun! We have waited a long, long time for a grandchild and I will get a lot of inspiration from her.

Lily is definitely a Celebrity Baby: after all she’s come into the world with two Wheaten bodyguards. lol

Thanks Randi. They came home today and we went over for a while. Larry was so cute with her!
